The Scottsboro Boys

A documentary about the trial of 9 young African American men, falsely accused of rape in Scottsboro, TN. The case became a national cause, especially with the left wing of the civil rights movement. No known surviving prints of this film exist. A few minutes of footage from this film, found in the former Soviet Union, are included in the PBS documentary, Scottsboro.
